- Forwarding of loan applications to financing partners
- A platform service
PayLTR does not provide loans itself.
3. Eligibility
To use PayLTR, you must:
- Be a registered business within the EU
- Be authorised to act on behalf of your company
- Provide accurate information
- Not misuse or manipulate the platform
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful information during the application
- Maintain account security
- Not use PayLTR for unlawful purposes
- Grant explicit consent for bank data retrieval when necessary (PSD2)
5. Platform Fees & Costs
PayLTR charges a platform fee for using the service.
All financing costs are determined by our lending partner based on risk factors.
PayLTR does not control or determine interest rates, eligibility outcomes, or final loan terms.
6. Data Processing
Use of PayLTR requires processing of personal and financial data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to these data practices.
7. Disclaimer
PayLTR cannot guarantee:
- Approval of any loan
- Loan amount or terms
- Response times from third-party financing partners
All financing decisions are made exclusively by the partner lender.
8. Limitation of Liability
PayLTR is not liable for:
- Losses arising from denied loan applications
- Decisions made by third-party lenders
- Business losses or interruption
- Errors caused by inaccurate user data or external APIs
Our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by Dutch law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Non-compliance with these Terms
- Security concerns
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support@payltr.eu.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
